At Sapoo Panorgan Limited, we specialize in providing meticulous interior and exterior cleaning services for vehicles at locations tailored to suit our customers’ needs.
Bookings and Payments
Conveniently schedule appointments through our website, where payments are securely processed before the service, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
Time slots
In case you are in another country, note that the time slots may vary. To avoid any confusion, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee applies for less than 24 hours’ notice, while a 100% cancellation fee is incurred for less than 2 hours’ notice.
Liability
While our team at Sapoo Panorgan Limited takes utmost care during service, we cannot assume liability for any damage to a vehicle’s interior/exterior or items left inside during or after the service.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are kindly requested to remove valuable items before their scheduled service. Sapoo Panorgan Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
*Additional Notes:* We reserve the right to adjust prices upon car inspection. Excessive dirt may result in a surcharge. Any extra work needed for extremely dirty vehicles will incur additional charges, discussed upfront by our operators.
Remote Unlocking/Locking
Neither Sapoo Panorgan Limited nor our operators hold responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or items left inside. Operators stay for 5 minutes after sending a notification that the vehicle it’s done. If the car remains unlocked, no liability is assumed.
Valuables and Personal Possessions
To avoid extra charges, please ensure the removal of ALL personal items and valuables before our operator arrives. Our operators are instructed not to clear such items or rubbish from the customers vehicles
Access to Customer Car
Understanding car park restrictions is crucial. Customers must secure permission for car park washing. Artificial lighting may affect the quality, yet our operators strive for the best outcomes.
Note* Our operators must parked their vehicles in front or behind the customer’s vehicle and not opposite for safety reasons.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to delivering superior-quality services. If dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, enabling us to promptly address any concerns.
Modifications and Damage Disclosure
At Sapoo Panorgan Limited, we value transparency and aim to provide the best service for your vehicle. Please note that if any alterations have been made to your vehicle, such as wrapping, ceramic coating, installation of carbon parts, interior leather paint, or any other modifications, kindly inform our operator before the washing process commences.
We want to ensure the utmost care for your vehicle. Hence, if there is any existing damage or sensitivity, it is crucial that the customer promptly informs us. This includes any prior issues or concerns related to the vehicle’s condition.
Please understand that in cases where customers fail to disclose modifications or pre-existing damage, Sapoo Panorgan Limited cannot assume responsibility for any resultant damage that may occur during our cleaning service.
This disclaimer aims to communicate the limitations regarding wrapped cars and the company’s stance on assuming responsibility for their condition during the cleaning process.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions compromising cleaning efficiency and safety.
In unforeseen situations requiring the rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment, such as an operator falling ill or damage to our equipment, Sapoo Panorgan Limited is not liable to provide any compensation to the customer.
Operator Arrival and Appointment Policy*
Should our operator arrive at the client’s location and neither the vehicle nor the client can be located, a waiting period of 20 minutes will be observed. After this waiting period, if the car or client remains untraceable, the operator reserves the right to leave the location and cancel or reschedule the appointment as necessary.
Please note that in such instances where the operator arrives and the appointment is canceled or rescheduled due to the unavailability of the vehicle or client, there will be no refund provided.
We kindly request clients to ensure the availability of their vehicle and their presence at the appointed time to avoid inconveniences for both parties.
Safety and Compliance
Operating in strict adherence to local laws, Sapoo Panorgan Limited requires customers to ensure their vehicles meet legal requirements for our services.
Intellectual Property
All Sapoo Panorgan Limited content, including logos and designs, is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.
Modification of Terms
Sapoo Panorgan Limited retains the right to modify these terms. Customers will receive timely notification of any changes via email or our platform.
